Reservation and conditions
In order to guarantee a pleasant stay for all our guests and to guarantee good relations with neighbors, noisy parties are not allowed in the gîte. We ask visitors to respect a reasonable noise level, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure everyone’s peace and comfort. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation to preserve a peaceful environment
Yes, our gîte is self-managed: you will have access to all the amenities and equipment of the gîte. This also means that you will be responsible for meal preparation, cleaning and daily management, just as if you were at home
Our salt pool is heated and open from May 1 to September 30. It is well heated, but as it remains sensitive to the vagaries of the weather, we cannot guarantee its temperature 100%. Either way, as soon as the sun comes out, it’s a real joy!
Yes, a security deposit is required when booking. The gîte deposit is 1000 euros. An imprint of your bank card will be automatically managed 10 days before your arrival, you will not be charged for this amount. The loan will be lifted automatically 7 days after check-out
To book, simply complete our online form and pay 50%of the reservation amount by credit card straight away. You will then be charged the balance of 50% of the reservation amount on your bank card 30 days before the arrival date
- More than 31 days before the lease takes effect, the lessor returns the full amount paid – 2% bank charges.
- Less than 31 days from the reservation 100% of the reservation is due.
- The lessor reserves the right to cancel the reservation and provide your full refund in the event of force majeure.
Your pets are welcome in the gîte but a supplement of 50 euros is applied to accommodate your animal. This rate helps cover additional cleaning costs. However, we ask you not to put your animals on the sofas and armchairs. We ask you to ensure that the animals behave well and do not cause any damage or inconvenience during the stay

Our cottage is equipped with several types of coffee makers: a classic filter coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker
Yes, you have private parking. There are at least 6 places or more if you squeeze in
The cottage has 5 double beds 160×200 (Queen size) with duvets 240×220, and 8 beds singles in 90×200 with 140×200 duvets. All pillows are in standard size 60×60 cm. Everything is designed to offer you gentle and restorative nights.
Our brick barbecue runs on wood or charcoal, for old-fashioned grilling and a real campfire atmosphere! Ideal for sharing a good time outdoors around beautiful pieces of meat or grilled vegetables. Wood or charcoal are not provided.
Yes, we provide you with a travel cot, a booster seat and a changing table
Absolutely! The cottage’s kitchen is spacious and fully equipped to prepare meals in a friendly atmosphere. You will find everything you need to cook for large groups: large Dutch oven, frying pans, various utensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge… And of course, wine glasses to accompany your meals as they should be!
Yes, we will provide basic products like salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, and a few other essentials so you can start your stay
Yes, 1 bedroom and the multipurpose room located on the 2nd floor are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort in case of high heat
We will provide you with a vacuum cleaner, a broom and a bucket so that you can keep the gîte clean during your stay. Dishwashing liquid will also be made available to you, as well as a dishwasher tablet, 2 kitchen towels and a sponge
The American fridge is in the kitchen. It has an on-demand water and ice dispenser. The fridge has a capacity of 401 liters and the freezer has a capacity of 221 liters.
Arrival and departure
When you arrive, we will either welcome you personally or provide you with a key box
You can arrive at the gîte from 4:00 p.m. (except Early Arrival option) so that we can ensure full availability with completed cleaning. You must leave the gîte before 2:00 p.m. (except for the Late Check-out option) so that we can clean it before the arrival of a new group. During school holidays (and in certain exceptional cases), the arrival time automatically changes to 5:00 p.m. and the departure time to 11:00 a.m.

Everything you need is within reach! Less than 5 minutes from the gîte, you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, restaurants, a pharmacy, a tobacconist, a wine merchant, a farmers’ market, a hairdresser… and much more. Perfect for a convenient and stress-free stay
